NO2 MAX PROTOCOLS

L-Arginine, the active branch-chain amino acid in our No2 Max blend has been widely studied over the past 15 years for its potential endurance benefits. The main thing to understand about L-Arginine is that in some athletes, it may be metabolized to produce greater levels of Nitric Oxide in the blood.

An increased concentration of No2 provides circulatory benefits which have long been sought after by endurance athletes like ultra-marathoners. Rugby players can utilize our No2 Max to achieve greater levels of endurance during rugby games and training. But there are also a range of recovery benefits linked to better circulation. No2 Max for Rugby Training

Because most Tuesday and Thursday rugby training sessions last at least 90 minutes, some rugby players could benefit from using No2 Max before rugby training starts. If you're going to use our BCAA rugby supplement on training days, we suggest taking 2 tablets about 30 minutes before training and then another tablet immediately after training. If you're a bigger player, you might need to up this dosage slightly.

No2 Max for Rugby Games

Increasing Nitric Oxide concentration in the blood should be a primary aim for endurance and high-intensity athletes alike. During rugby games, increased No2 levels provides for more efficient oxygen-carrying capacity. This means you can perform the same amount of work with less energy. We recommend using the same protocol for rugby games as for rugby training. Take 2 tablets, 30 minutes before your rugby game starts and at least 1 tablet immediately after you get off the rugby pitch.

No2 Max for Recovery

When we created our Ruck Recovery package, we made sure to include our BCAA rugby supplement. Why? Because the circulatory benefits of increased Nitric Oxide in the blood might reduce recovery times in rugby players. We suggest taking at least one tablet after any endurance activities in addition to following rugby games.

No2 Max for Circulation

There are several notable 'side-effects' if you will of improving your circulation and the NO concentration in your blood. Primarily, its really good for your heart. But secondly, some customers have reported an increase in libido. We don't endorse the use of No2 Max for this purpose, but it doesn't sound like the worst side-effect.

    I personally have never noticed much of a difference when taking BCAAs, whether in powder form or pills. My last experience with the pills was that they just left my stomach turning during practices. That being said, I took the No2 max pills out for a spin while doing intervals on a bike one evening at training and then again during a weights session the next day. The bike intervals certainly felt a tad bit easier and there was a decreased soreness from lifting. Nothing crazy, but enough to be noticeable. Definitely a product id consider trying for a longer period next time I have some extra cash, but for now the samples will have to do.

    By far the best BCAA’s I’ve used in years. As a professional athlete my main focus is recovery especially with the rigorous training I go through. My testosterone “libido” went up, and I don’t crash nor lose sleep at night, I feel amazing and confident when I’m training and post training and while I’m training my endurance and recovery period is a lot faster. Try it to believe it.

    Personally I believe this is a really solid product. I’ve been taking these for around 3 weeks now and have felt a significant difference in fatigue levels the day after training. I generally take two immediately before training and 1 when I get home after the session. I’ve felt an increase in energy levels the next day and also a decrease in fatigue! I do a lot of strength training involving a lot of squatting and deadlifting which use a lot of the same muscle groups so the help with muscle soreness was greatly appreciated. Overall solid supplement 4/5.

    I am skeptical of any product like this, but I took it as directed and I noticed a sharp decrease in my soreness after training and matches. I’m an older rugged so it takes me some time to fully recover from rugby, but NO2 Max has cut that recover time down significantly. It allows me to push myself harder with each session. This really works and I’m about to buy some more. Keep up the good work Ruck Science!

    I haven’t been practicing lately, but I do still hit the gym. The main thing I’ve noticed is that I am able to complete sets easier and I’m not as drained after my workouts.

    I use this product before the gym or before a practice/match and couldn’t be happier. I also take after which seems to reduce recovery time for aches and sore muscles. As soon as I finish my sampler I will be picking some up to continue using.

    Like this product. It aids in the recovery process by making it faster. And I also feel less tired and sore after training and games. Will definitely be purchasing the full-size product soon and I recommend that all players should as well.
