For years, we’ve been looking for the perfect nutritional supplement for rugby players to use after games and training. Since we couldn’t find it, we made it ourselves! Our post-rugby formula combines branch-chain amino acids, creatine and electrolytes. Everything you need to refuel after a rugby game and accelerate the recovery process after gym sessions.

KEY INGREDIENTS

CONTAINS

USAGE

Add a single scoop of POST-GAME to 16oz of water and consume during or immediately after rugby games, training sessions or the gym.

CREATINE

Creatine is a naturally occurring substance that all rugby players should be using. It’s benefits include increases in:

BRANCH CHAIN AMINO ACIDS

BCAAs are an essential fuel for recovery. Numerous studies have shown that supplements containing branch chain amino acids (like POST-GAME) may decrease muscle soreness by reducing damage in exercised muscles.

ELECTROLYTES

Perhaps the most important ingredient in POST-GAME is our electrolyte complex. Combined of Sodium Chloride, Gluconate and Panthotenic Acid for their potential to re-hydrate you fast.

NO PROPRIETARY BLENDS

As part of our commitment to #keeprugbyclean, we’ve done away with proprietary blends in our supplements.

    Dragon fruit

The dragon fruit is a really mild flavored fruit to start with so without any additions it tastes pretty chalky. The results were great though, score is really just for the flavor.
