Ready to start training for rugby season? You’re going to need some supplements. In particular, pre-workout to get you going in the gym and on the field + whey protein to speed up recovery and promote lean muscle development.

    Good for off season and pre season

    I’ve used this stack for most of the last year, switched up during the regular season, but now that I’m going back to off-season I’ll use it to bulk up a bit. Playing hooker for the first time next year so need to stack on some Lbs.

    The whey protein tastes awesome and the pre-workout is a good mix of caffeine so you don’t get all jittery. I’m not trying to get bigger, so I like that these two supplements don’t make me bloated.
