Another week and another big signing for Ruck Science. Today, we’re happy to announce a new partnership with the Hartford Wanderers, a rugby club currently competing in Division 2 based out of Hartford Connecticut. A member in good standing with the New England Rugby Football Union (NERFU) and the USA Rugby Football Union (USA Rugby), the Wanderers have established their legacy; succeeding at the highest levels of men’s amateur rugby in the Northeast and Nationally.
The Hartford Wanderers Rugby Football Club celebrate their 50th anniversary this year being founded in 1966 by a group of men seeking to establish a quality athletic and social club in the greater Hartford Area. Since inception, the club has provided its members an avenue for rugby development and competition, social interaction and rewarding community service. The Club quickly went international and had its first international match in 1968 against the London Scottish.
The club is always on the lookout for new players and amateur athletes with or without experience in the game of rugby. The coaching staff can be reached at [email protected] and will be more than happy to respond to any queries or requests for information. Wanderers rugby training is from 6-8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the rugby season at Colt Park in Hartford – 10 Curcombe st. Hartford, CT.
Make a donation to the club directly using their PayPal link. You can donate any amount you like. Payments are processed by PayPal and sent straight to the club’s management. Make a purchase on staging-rucksciencecom.kinsta.cloud and enter the coupon code HARTFORWANDERERS at checkout. You’ll get $10 off your first purchase and they’ll get a donation for between 10% and 20% of the value of your order. You don’t need to be a player to do this, supporters are welcome to donate via this method. Support the club’s sponsors. This is a more indirect method, but if you support the club’s sponsors, they’ll support the club in turn!
