It’s finally here! A mobile app built for rugby players. We’ve compiled all the world’s best training materials and packed them into an interactive mobile experience that can help you get fitter and stronger during pre-season, off-season and in-season.
Since 2015, our training team at Ruck Science has been creating, publishing and distributing the world’s largest collection of rugby training programs and articles. We believe this information should always be free. So even though we’ve built a training app for rugby players with premium content options, all those same programs will still be available as free PDF downloads.
The Ruck Science app puts all our programs in your pocket. Forget downloading and printing the PDFs and carrying them around at the gym. The app lets you track your workout history, watch video demonstrations, and connect with over 9,000 other rugby players around the world.
We are incredibly proud to offer a mobile app that works on both iOS and Android. But the premium interactive features of the mobile app are only available to Pro members. Monthly subscriptions come with a 14 day free trial. Yearly subscriptions will get you two months free access. And if you’re subscribed to our email list, you’ll see more promotional offers every few weeks.
We’re constantly adding new training programs to the app. Just this month we threw in rowing, swimming and treadmill workouts. But new features are coming too including threaded group chats, biometric tracking and slicker payment options. At some point we’d love to add the ability to buy supplements and stacks too.
